Your home will be worry free in the 1st year as Moduline supplies their manufacturer’s warranty (see manufacturer for details) for workmanship and materials defects that may occur during the 1st year after completion.

No landscaping is not included, but we can discuss adding it to your package.

You own the land and there are no strata fees.

Yes, all homes are subject to 5% GST.

Yes pets are allowed, but you must follow the Cranbrook city bylaw. No more than 3 dogs and 3 cats per household.
